SGMW sales reached 1,805.850 in 2014 up 13% compared with the previous year

In the past year, SGMW overfulfilled the annual sales target as 1,800,000 sale volume, with year-on-year growth of 13%. Among them, SGMW seven-seats family car Baojun 730 realized 120,089 units which launched into market in July 30. Wuling Hongguang series realized 750,019 units sales which helped SGMW increase 64.6% year-on-year growth rate in MPV segment and market share exceeded 45%. Although the traditional commercial vehicle segment decreased for four years, Wuling Sunshine and Wuling Rongguang still sold 873,236 units in 2014, and SGMW topped sales champion for consecutive nine years as more than 50% of market share.

In 2014, sales of Baojun brand products reached 180, 024 untis. Along with Wuling Hongguang series’ sales volume, sales proportion of passenger cars has reached 52% in the company’s total sales. SGMW realized smoothing transformation and upgrading on the basis of holding leading status in mini commercial vehicle.

Baojun 730 total sold 31,472 units in Dec. 2014. This model creates another miracle after Wuling Hongguang S as its sales volume and become the hot-selling in industry and media. Baojun 730 is self design and self research by SGMW, which not only help the company further developed in “seven-seats ” family car, but also driven the whole system of company grow up.
